The scope of the project is the infrastructural and embellishment works using environmentally friendly methods and materials at Ta' Qali Crafts Village: 1. Redevelopment of Ta' Qali Crafts village including but not limited to the redevelopment of public infrastructure; 2. Site Management of commercial area involves providing logistical support and alternative solutions to third parties (tenants) during ongoing works; 3. Provision of at least two (2) years warranty in the post-commissioning period. For more information, refer to the Memorandum of Information (MOI) — Appendix 2 of this document.
