Home Group is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractors to provide compliance services to Home's properties in Scotland and in the South West of England. Home Group is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractors to provide compliance services to Home's properties in Scotland and in the South West of England. The scope of the contracts covers the following work streams: 1) gas servicing and responsive repairs; 2) electrical testing including associated servicing repairs. Home Group is tendering these two services together in both our Scotland and South West regions. However the contracts will be let separately in both regions therefore there are four contracts being let in total. Bidders are welcome to bid for any number of contracts. Structure as follows: — Scotland: • Contract 1: Gas servicing and responsive repairs, • Contract 2: Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs; — South West: • Contract 3: Gas servicing and responsive repairs, • Contract 4: Electrical testing including associated servicing repairs. The services will be provided at predominately residential tenanted dwellings or multi-occupancy supported properties owned and/or managed by Home Group. It is anticipated TUPE will apply to the contract. This list is not exhaustive, and Home Group reserves the right to appoint further works and services of a similar nature to the above works and services at its discretion during the contract term. For more details of the works and services to be carried out under the contract please refer to the procurement documents. The services will be delivered at the properties as outlined in the procurement documents, bidders should note that additional properties may, at Home Group’s absolute discretion, be included within the scope of the contract during the term. These may include any properties from Home Group’s existing property portfolio and any new build properties developed by Home Group during the contract term. The works and services will be carried out by the contractor under a JCT measured term form of contract with a schedule of amendments. However, bidders should note that the terms of the contract will give the parties the ability to agree a variation to the contractual arrangements at any point during the contract term.
