Whg intends to establish a framework to cover under two Lots the supply of Employer's Agent and CDM2015 Support or Principal Designer Services respectively with regard to programmes delivering new homes development and planned investment in existing housing and other properties, as detailed in the Lots appendices. Type of procedure: competitive procedure with negotiation. whg intends to use the competitive procedure with negotiation for this procurement. Whilst the OJEU Notice is being updated by the European Commission, the Cabinet Office has recommended that contracting authorities intending to use this procedure tick the ‘negotiated’ box in section IV.1.1).and explain that the competitive procedure with negotiation will be used instead. The estimated value of direct commissions from whg is in the range of 1 000 000 GBP to 3 000 000 GBP with the balance of the range above being intended to cover other potential users of the Frameworks.
