Procurement of lease of coffee brewers and water coolers

The Norwegian National Rail Administration c/o The Service Centre currently has an agreement with a supplier of coffee brewers, this expires on 31.12.2016. The Norwegian National Rail Administration also has an agreement with a supplier of water. The Norwegian National Rail Administration wants the new tenderers to offer water and coffee. New agreement shall be used by the Service Centre (in administrative buildings). Lease agreements shall be signed both on coffee brewers and water coolers, with one tenderer. Service and support shall be included. Currently the Service Centre has approx. 80 coffee brewers at different locations (Trondheim, Bergen, Hamar, Drammen and Oslo), tenderers must therefore be nationwide. Other accessories such as tea, stirring sticks, cardboard cups, sugar cubes etc. shall be offered by the coffee brewer supplier.
