West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust (WDLT) invited tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of Cardio Vascular (CV) and gym equipment to replace existing equipment at two of their premises. The maintenance/service plan to cover a total of 5 years from date of installation. WDLT also sought a “trade-in” value for the equipment that is to be removed. West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) tendered this procurement on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust (WDLT) and suppliers should note that references throughout this document to the Council should apply equally to WDLT.
