The procuring entity intends to apply a part of financing allocated under the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme (UMIP) to eligible payments to a qualified engineering company (Consultant) for provision of construction supervision services. The primary objective of the assignment is to provide professional construction management and supervision services to the Client to ensure that the work contracts for thermomodernisation of the public buildings of education, science, sport and healthcare sectors in Kamianske are implemented in a timely manner and with quality to the satisfaction of the Client. The Consultant will also carry out such duties and responsibilities as defined and required from the Client’s Engineer / Project Manager in accordance with the contract conditions
