The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to the Translink Group's requirement it does not purport to be all inclusive. Northern Ireland Railways wish to establish a Framework of Economic Operators to provide Civil and Structural Design services to the NIR Railway network. This framework will run for a 4-year period (subject to break clauses). The estimated spend for this Framework over 4 years is in the region of 5 000 000 GBP. The anticipated contract start date is March 2016. Dates may be subject to change. The Translink Group reserve the right to accept part of any Tender from 1 or any number of Tenderers and may change the contracting strategy at any time.
