The Storting invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding maintenance, supplementation and consultancy services on software licences. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Storting's requirements on purchase of software licences (user rights for software), licence maintenance service and licence consultancy service. The agreement shall ensure that the Storting always has the most adequate and financial favourable licence agreements, and that the Storting gets access to consultancy services that are qualitative and financial favourable.
