The regional health trusts intend to enter into agreement for the delivery of a system for speech recognition for use in the specialist health services over the entire country. The procurement concerns a speech recognition system specialised for use in the Norwegian Specialist Health Service, where the language is Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk), and where the system converts the spoken text while the user dictates. The agreement will cover all disciplines in the specialist health service with the exception of radiology, see further information below. The agreement comprises delivery of the solution with associated services, hereunder training, support, maintenance and new versions. The procurement contains the necessary software with front-end speech recognition for different categories of health personnel and disciplines, integration modules and integration work, special modules i.a. for speech recognition to large scale operation reporting and statistics, training of the voice recognition profile etc., agreement on support, maintenance and upgrading of the system, as well as courses, training and other services connected with the above. The agreement comprises all modules/integrations/words for speech recognition, current and future, that the Tenderer has made available in the Norwegian market for use in the health sector, with the exception of use in radiology systems.
