This contract, D31 — carriage hall, is for structural and building work for a service building in the open air. The service building has a base area of approx. GFA 680 m 2 over 2 storeys, including a room for technical installations. Structural and building work are to be carried out next to the service building in 2 ready blasted rock halls, with a total of 7 050 m 2 . In addition an outside area of 1 400 m 2 is to be developed. The contract will be a general contract with elements from contractor/supplier engineering design.
