Røst kommune [Røst municipality] hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for construction of a new Early Development Centre and Primary School at Røst. Røst Early Development Centre and Primary School will contain a school, nursery school and library (school library and public library) as well as a dentist surgery. The works will be implemented as a general contract in accordance with NS 8405. The tenderer who is awarded contract K201 construction including joint rigging and operation will be the general contractor. The contracting authority will enter into contracts for; K301-K302, K401-501 and K560, and thereafter transfer all of these to the general contractor.
