The work included in this framework agreement is the management and care of the outdoor areas around the Norwegian Parliament. There will also be a sporadic need management of care of outside areas for the Norwegian Parliament´s commuter flats (all located in the centre of Oslo). The tenderer shall see to the management and care of the Norwegian Parliament's outdoor areas every day, all year. Spring, summer and autumn operations will consist of cleaning roads and spaces, removal of graffiti, emptying rubbish bins and picking up rubbish, grass cutting, weed removal, leaf handling, pruning bushes, trees and roses. Winter operations consist of cleaning, snow removal and gritting. See Annex 1 for a more detailed description. It is a prerequisite that tenderers have a professional understanding and knowledge of the cultural historical elements in the central green areas in order to carry out the described work. A tender inspection of the areas will be held Thursday 12 May, between 12:00-13:00. See the tender documentation, point 4.4 for further details.
