NTNU Technology Transfer AS is in need of a framework agreement that can cover our need for services within patents and IPR consultancy. The framework agreement will be executed in parallel with 5 tenderers such that the tenderer appointed as No. 1 can be engaged on an ongoing basis and directly. If No. 1 is unable to accept the assignment due to conflict of interest, the Contracting Authority can choose tenderer no. 2 and so on. Additionally, the Contracting Authority has the right but not the obligation to hold a mini contest among the 5 tenderers.
