The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) wish to put in place a contract for Building Energy Management System (BEMS) Servicing and Maintenance for its extensive portfolio of BEMS covering all major properties in the operational portfolio. The contract shall provide the following services: 1.An annual BEMS Maintenance Service. 2.Hosting the BEMS Front Ends including monitoring and responding to system alarms. 3.A BEMS call out and repair service to attend, identify and rectify faults. 4.A Reporting System detailing all maintenance visits, callouts, repairs and system adjustments. 5.Energy Targeting — optimising existing BEMS installations to ensure the system is running as efficiently as possible.
