Upgrade of integrated, administrative and control software system (IACS).

The holder of the procurement for adaptive maintenance of software solution should analyse the existing hardware and software solution of IACS in the Agency for financial support of agriculture and rural development and based on the assessment to prepare a draft plan for adaptive maintenance. Also the holder of the public procurement adaptive maintenance of software should bear in mind the following: — An existing software solution is developed on Oracle 11 g database LINUX platform, — The code of the application is in Java and PL / SQL, — The software solution uses Web services to exchange data with SRAC ( Single Farm Register ) of MAFWE (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water ) — The licenses are Oracle Enterprise Edition per core — Reports are made in IReport Designer. The customization should be run on all IACS modules and other subsystems of the software solution in order to allow continuous operation of the paying agency in accordance with the legislation and regulations.
