The contracting authority requests tenders for delivery of services for new general valuations of objects relevant to the levying of property tax in Hvaler Municipality in 2024, pursuant to the Property Tax Act. The purpose of the procurement is to implement a new general valuation in order to update the property tax appraisals in Hvaler Municipality. The property mass is roughly divided into approx. 2,200 houses, 4,400 leisure houses and other miscellaneous 2/4-person houses. Farm buildings, sea sheds/boathouses and regulated residential plots. The properties are also divided into 20 different geographical zones/routes which are distributed among the 7 different groups in the contest. The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 3,600,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
