Joint government contract for the procurement of audiovisual equipment (AV equipment)

The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ), c/o the Government Procurement Centre, would like to procure a joint government contract for AV equipment that facilitates both commercial and social gains. The contract is estimated to have a scope of approx. NOK 350 million to NOK 370 million per annum. A market dialogue has previously been held in the form of both questionnaires and a dialogue with several different market actors. The Government Procurement Centre has mapped both the need and market to a large degree, and needs further dialogue with market actors. Dialogue is important in order to establish a good contract for the parties through a contest that benefits the market. Market actors are encouraged to use the possibility in this market dialogue to give feedback and input that is relevant for the field.
