Forth Valley Health Board is seeking expressions of interest in providing primary medical services to 21 765 patients currently registered with Bannockburn Medical Practice, Hallpark Medical Practice and Kersiebank Medical Practice. This requirement has arisen due to the end of current temporary 2C arrangements and the Board now wishes to select a new service provider with the capacity and capability to meet the needs of these patients by delivering high quality, patient-centred clinical services. The services will build on existing best practice and focus on a community and health and social care approach.
