Scape Procure Scotland Ltd (Scape) wishes to establish a framework agreement for a 4-year duration with an option to extend for a further 2 years, for use by or on behalf of public sector bodies (and their respective statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisations or organisational changes). Applications are invited from experienced providers of construction works and services who can provide high quality works and services as defined defined by the NUTS and CPV codes below using a customer focused approach, particularly in the public sector. It is anticipated that the works and services will be provided by the provider themselves, through their supply chain or via a consortium/joint venture arrangement. This opportunity is divided into four (4) lots and potential suppliers must indicate which lot or lots they intend bidding for and whether bidding as a single entity or as part of a consortia arrangement. Bidders need only complete one (1) PQQ for each value band, which will then be considered for both lots within that value band. The evaluation process will ensure only the top five (5) highest scoring compliant bidders in each value band will be invited to respond to the ITT.
