Læses: VI.3) Additional information: Clarification Questions are to be submitted to the Authority by using the ‘Contact Us’ facility on Defence Contracts Online. In accordance with the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union, to ensure Transparency and Equal Treatment, the Authority will publish all Clarification Questions and answers to all potential tenderers registered under the Joint Fires Synthetic Trainer (JFST) DPQQ as of the time of response. Potential tenderers will receive the Clarification Questions and answers via email. The original author of the questions will be kept anonymous. All Clarification Questions will be logged and made available under ‘Supporting Documents’ in the DPQQ. This is to avail future potential tenderers the opportunity to review all questions and answers provided before their registration.
