The Council wishes to appoint a provider for the provision of out of hours Antisocial Behaviour Patrols (ASB Patrols) across the housing stock Tower Hamlets Homes (THH) manages on behalf of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. THH does not expect to subcontract any part of this service. THH has identified a problem with Anti-Social Behaviour across the stock it manages on behalf of the Council. We have a current Patrolling contract that is supported by a Metropolitan Police accredited contractor that undertakes dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour Patrols. This additional support is necessary to effectively respond to Anti-Social Behaviour issues on housing estates and streets.
