The Ministry of Foreign Affairs plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of computer cabling services and materials to foreign stations. Norway have more than 90 foreign stations. There is a need for cabling of data to work stations and alarm systems in the stations. The projects will mainly be carried out in connection with moving, creating or altering of the cantiene (the offices). The main content of the delivery will be a) material; b) engineering design services; c) installation on site.
The contract will run for a period of up to four years.
The aim of the market dialogue is to find competition criteria that satisfy both the environment and security considerations the Ministry must take and considerations for equal treatment of participants in the competition.
