Hias IKS intends to enter into a contract with Hedmark ICT without a prior contest for ICT operations. The annual value of the contract will be approx. 750 000 NOK. The procurement is not covered by the regulations as it is for execution under our management, cf. the utilities regulations chapter 3. HIAS IKS will enter into a contract with HIKT at the earliest ten days after the date of this notice.
