HS2 Ltd is responsible for developing and promoting the new high speed railway known as HS2. HS2 will initially run between London and Birmingham (Phase 1) but will subsequently be extended to link Birmingham to Manchester and Leeds (Phase 2). HS2 Ltd intends to establish a series of framework agreements for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance of station common components for the new HS2 stations to be constructed along the Phase One route. This periodic indicative notice (‘PIN’) is to alert suppliers that HS2 Ltd wishes to commence pre-procurement market engagement, including seeking responses/feedback regarding the procurement approach for the establishment of a framework agreement for the low voltage power and uninterruptible power supply systems, for the new HS2 Phase 1 stations to be constructed in London at Euston and Old Oak Common and in the Midlands at Birmingham Curzon Street and Interchange.
