This notice is placed in order to facilitate early engagement with suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers (including general practitioners, other clinical providers, social enterprises, third sector organisations and other providers) to provide GP Out Of Hours (OOH) Integrated Urgent Care Services and relates only to a pre-procurement market engagement event. The NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Southport and Formby, South Sefton, St Helens and Warrington are seeking to commission an integrated single model of GP ‘out of hours’ urgent care services across the whole health economy, providing a high quality clinical service with a clear patient centred focus. The intention is to commence a procurement process in November 2019 to award a new contract to provide the services from 1.10.2020.
