High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd (‘HS2 Ltd’) is responsible for developing and promoting the new high speed railway. HS2 will initially run between London and Birmingham (Phase 1) but will subsequently be extended to link Birmingham to Manchester and Leeds (Phase 2). This Periodic Indicative Notice (‘PIN’) relates to the forthcoming procurement for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance of key station building systems, including fire detection and alarm systems, building management systems, public address/voice alarm systems and lighting. This PIN is to alert suppliers that HS2 Ltd wishes to commence pre-procurement market engagement, including seeking responses to the supplier questionnaire referred to in this PIN below.
