The Youth Service aims to provide a wide range of high-quality engaging opportunities and activities for young people aged 11-19 (up to age 25 if they have additional needs) to enable them to build their social and emotional skills, develop their own projects and enjoy safe spaces. The provision will be divided. • Lot 1: Specialist Projects aimed at groups of young people that may require dedicated support. There are four sublots. • Lot 2: Detached Teams that will undertake street-based youth work with hard to reach groups of young people; the lot will cover: North East Quadrant; North East Quadrant; South East Quadrant; South East Quadrant; and Borough Central. Estimated annual value GBP 295 000.
