Construction of Supported Living Accommodation — Longdean Lodge and Select List

Portsmouth City Council (the Council) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors for the delivery of new supported living accommodation by redeveloping the former Longdean Lodge site in Portsmouth. The costs of the works are estimated at 5 400 000 GBP with a target date for award of contract of April 2020, works commencement in May 2020 and completion by July 2021. In order to provide a streamlined sourcing route for the delivery of further supported living accommodation, a shortlist of 5-6 contractors will be established via this procurement process which may be utilised act the Council's option for a 3 year period following formulation of the shortlist. Including for Longdean Lodge redevelopment, the total spend via the shortlist could be in the region of 20 000 000 GBP. Application is via submission of a completed supplier selection questionnaire by 20.11.2019 by 12.00. All associated documents can be obtained from the Council's InTend e-sourcing solution.
