FM19114 OREC River Frontage Remedial Works

UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) on behalf of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), wishes to establish a contract for OREC river frontage remedial works. UK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the ‘Regulations’). This is a services contract being procured under the Open OJEU Procedure regulations. The RFP sets out details of the site and expectations of any successful supplier. It is intended that the OREC river frontage remedial works will be procured using NEC Engineering and Construction Contract (NEC3) Option A. The completion date for these services is 31.10.2019.
