Keva requests tenders for Quantitative Analytics Platform (SaaS). Keva is looking for a fully functional and operating service for the development and management of quantitative investment strategies (QIS). The tool shall be provided as fully hosted software as a service (SaaS) which is accessible both through a web interface and programmable APIs. The tool must include data feeds for a broad range of market data across asset classes, including derivatives, and have extensive data input and output functionality. The investment strategies must be definable by using Python or R language and libraries of functions for the different stages of strategy development and management must be provided. Common opensource data manipulation, statistics and machine learning Python/R libraries should be usable within the tool. A comprehensive back-testing engine with tractability and exportability of positions at any time-step must be included. Ready-made, but fully customizable, performance and risk reporting both for single strategies and portfolios of strategies must be included. A complete set of requirements is stated in Appendix 1.
