Alternative Payment Services 2018 - 2022

Ruter AS has currently two main channels for distribution of tickets to the customers; travel cards and the mobile app RuterBillett (RuterTicket) In 2018 tickets for more than 4 000 000 000 NOK are expected sold through Ruter's channels, of which RuterBillett expects to generate approx. 2 500 000 000 NOK. Ruter has currently agreements on alternative payment systems where the customer pays directly via a payment service on the mobile application, or through direct debiting of the mobile subscription. These services represent, after a 1.5 years agreement period approx. 26 % of the turnover in RuterBillett and the renewal/replacement of these agreements shall be managed through the contract included in this invitation to tender. It may be relevant to include transactions from alternative payment systems in the PSP delivery if requested by the tenderer. The following public transport companies have options to enter into the agreement on verbatim terms: Agder Kollektivtrafikk AS (AKT). AtB. Brakar AS. Hedmark Trafikk. Kolumbus AS. Oppland Trafikk. Skyss. Troms Fylkestrafikk. Østfold kollektivtrafikk.
