Video Conference Solution for the Courts of Denmark

The Danish Court Administration (“Domstolsstyrelsen”) is contemplating a procurement regarding a new video conference solution (“Project Video 4”) for the Courts of Denmark. The new solution is expected to update or substitute the present solution (“Video 3”). Video 4 will (like Video 3) be the Danish national video conference solution across the justice system, including the police and prosecution service, courts and prisons (“Danmarks Domstole”, “Anklagemyndigheden”, “Rigspolitiet” og “Kriminalforsorgen”). It is expected that Video 4 (like the present solution) shall consist of approximately 240 venues/video installations, including courtrooms and smaller video conference rooms, geographically located throughout Denmark, including Faroe Islands, but primarily at the above-mentioned authorities.
