Dublin Bus has a requirement for the services of a competent heating and plumbing contractor to provide maintenance services for a period of three (3) years. At its option, Dublin Bus may extend this contract for a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms of one (1) year each. The maximum duration of this contract is five (5) years including the two (2) optional extensions.
