High Voltage Shore Power System

This is a prior information notices for suppliers to make their interest know to participate in the competition. Plug Ålesund shall establish a shore power facility for cruise ships in Ålesund. The facility will be built on Prestebrygga, a quay in central Ålesund. Cruise ships on both Prestebrygga and Storneskaia shall be served. Both are pile quays. The converter facility shall be able to support all cruise ships visiting Ålesund, and shall be built in accordance with iEC-80005-1:2019 and 80005-2:2016. The capacity shall be 2 x 16 MVA, both delivering 11 kV and 6,6 kV, on both 50 and 60 Hz. This is the object of this competition. To be able to deliver shore power, will need a mobile cable management system (this is not included in this competition).
