Direct Current Works Framework — Kent and Sussex Routes

Network Rail has carried out a procurement process in accordance with the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 to appoint three (3) contractors onto a framework agreement to deliver direct current works across Kent and Sussex routes. Contractors shall act as the principal contractor/designer as defined under CDM 2015. Terms and Conditions are under NR4(MT) for a duration of 4 years with the option to extend by up to 4 years (2 + 1 + 1). This is a nil-value framework, however, the total anticipated spend across the three contractors is GBP 48 000 000 for the framework term when including for the optional extension periods.
