In order to progress a new campus in Manchester City Centre, the Group requires the services of experienced design team members, including but not limited to Architect/Lead Designer, Building Services Engineer, Structural and Civil Engineer, Principal Designer, BREEAM assessor etc. Each individual service will be a direct appointment to the LTE Group via a bespoke letter of appointment. The project is to consist of a full design service which will likely comprise the design and delivery of a new campus building and the design and delivery of education and sports facilities at the existing campus, including site clearance and co-ordination of remodelling/refurbishment of existing buildings.
