Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services within ICT

DSB will establish framework agreements for consultancy services within ICT with one or more tenderers for the provision of services in the framework agreement's disciplines, see point 2.1 and the attached contract documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to award a contract for all or parts of the framework agreement's disciplines to one or more tenderers, including awarding a contract for parallel framework agreements. The framework agreements will also apply for Valgdirektoratet. DSB is responsible for signing and follow-up of the framework agreement. The entities are independently responsible for their call-offs under the framework agreement.
