Maintenance and Emergency Response Contract (MERC)

Services to be provided are to survey, maintain, inspect and respond to alarms to ensure the Premier Transmission Pipeline System (PTPS) is available, safe and reliable and meets all statutory requirements and best practice, to be declared fit for continuing the operation at the declared Maximum Operating Pressure (MOP). The service provider will also be required to have arrangements in place to deliver emergency response and repair to onshore pipelines, AGIs and offshore pipelines.
