This periodic indicative notice is to advise potential suppliers of technical FM services (CCTV, access control and security systems) that Transport for London will be holding a supplier briefing event where it will outline its requirement for maintenance services and asset renewal and system upgrades works for a period of circa 7 years from the start of the year 2020. An overview of the objectives and the supporting asset management, delivery strategies will be provided, together with information on proposed commercial arrangements. In summary, TfL is seeking a delivery partner to provide maintenance, asset renewal and system upgrades services and works to it’s CCTV, access control and security systems portfolio across the TfL estate including London underground stations and depots, office buildings, bus stations and piers. Suppliers are requested to confirm interest in attending the supplier briefing event to be held in early February 2018. Invites to the briefing event will be made at TfL’s discretion. Attendees at the supplier event will be asked to complete a short questionnaire pertaining to the presentation and based on the responses received, further engagement activity may then take place. Feedback from any engagement activity undertaken may be used by TfL in the finalisation of tender documentation. The process of expressing your interest and the terms of market engagement are further detailed in Section VI: Complementary Information A separate contract notice will be issued as a call for competition to invite suppliers to participate in the tendering process.
