Real-Time Power System Simulation Tool

The RTDS simulator is a real-time power system simulation tool used by the Real-time Digital Simulation Lab of the Intelligent Electrical Power Grids (hereafter: IEPG). The simulator is used for the closed-loop testing of protection and control equipment, HVDC and FACTS scheme testing, phasor measurement unit (PMU) simulation, power electronics simulation, distributed generation studies and more. This purchase concerns new equipment for the existing RTDS Real-time Digital Simulation of IEPG. The estimated amount is € 347.400, — excluding VAT.
