Simulated Phishing Service And Associated Training Framework

Jisc Services Ltd would like to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the purchase of simulated phishing and associated training services. The framework will run for up to four years on a 2 + 1 + 1 basis, subject to performance review. The service will allow for both the development and sending of simulated phishing communications and the associated training provision. The service will be scalable from a small organisation such as a specialist college to larger universities and research councils. Research and education organisations provide network and IT services to a wide variety of cohorts including both staff and students, therefore, any simulated phishing services will need to be able to scale to meet the diversity and number of users.
