The contest concerns a framework agreement for service and maintenance of ventilation systems with materials. Systems under warranty are exempt. The framework agreement can also include new installations where this is not part of a larger contract. The supplier will provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the supplier, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured for approx. NOK 250,000 excluding VAT per year on average. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. Anticipated annual volume: NOK 2.5 million to NOK 600,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 3 million, excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information.
