Market engagement: Supporting Accent’s ambitions to nurture, continuously improve and excel its customer service experience. Accent is conducting an early market engagement opportunity with a view to discuss and develop its service standard specification for grounds maintenance services with established grounds maintenance contractors. For the avoidance of doubt we will only consider established contractors and who are willing to establish a local base of operations no more than 20 miles from all sites within the lot being bid for. This is due to inclement weather as the contract includes gritting of Accent owned identified communal highways/roads, car parks and pathways.
