The final contracting entit(y)(ies) may be Otary RS NV and/or Seastar NV, Mermaid THV and/or any new or other company set up or participated in by, among others, any of the foregoing entities or a combination thereof. In the same sense the award procedure may, during its course, be continued by such contracting entit(y)(ies).
