The key objectives of this Market Sounding exercise are as follows: (i) To understand how the market for the required services is organised, and the offerings and capabilities of those in the market. (ii) To seek feedback and input from the supply community on various topics under consideration by the CRU relating to the design, implementation, and operation of the service. (iii) To assist in determining the best method to engage with the market in any procurement procedure and how the process might be structured to facilitate supplier participation. (iv) To identify any obstacles or risk factors associated with the delivery of services, and to identify any points of concern to suppliers.
