Better Services for Consumers in the Reformed Energy Markets

The overall objective of the project is to assist Ukrainian public authorities to reform the electricity and gas markets in line with the provisions of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement to the benefit of consumers. The project is designed to support the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NEURC) and other relevant stakeholders in improving the functioning, transparency and competition in the wholesale electricity and natural gas markets and in developing electricity and gas retail markets that benefit consumers, including through strengthening consumers rights.
