Procurement of Communication Lines

The contracting authority will establish a contract for the procurement of a distribution and access network for communication between locations where the contracting authority is represented (communication lines). The contracting authority's main office is located in Tønsberg with a reserve location in Vestfold/Telemark. All network-centric service such as for example email, professional systems and internet access will be delivered from these two locations. DSB's regions and districts consist of a total of 32 locations and includes regional offices, civil protection districts and schools. The procurement includes offers for a minimum bandwidth capacity, preferably fibre, to each location, as well as an alternative redundant line over 5G where stated. We refer to the more detailed Description in the attached preliminary contract documents. DSB enters into this framework agreement on behalf of their own operations and for Valgdirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Elections], that is co-located with DSB in Tønsberg.
