Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and Associated Vehicular Movement Monitoring Requirements — Framework Agreement

Portsmouth City Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint a supplier on a partnership basis to a single supplier framework for the design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera equipment and associated equipment. The framework will commence on 27.4.2020 for an initial term of 4 years with the possibility of extending by a further 4 years to a maximum term of 8 years, in increments to be agreed. The Council may use the framework agreement to support services delivered by the Council on behalf of neighbouring local authorities on a shared service basis, however only the Council may access the framework agreement directly. Total spend via the agreement over 8 years could be between 4 000 000 GBP-20 000 000 GBP. Application is via submission of a completed supplier selection questionnaire (SSQ) and associated documentation by 6.1.2020 at 2 p.m.
