Work Contract for Open Cycle Gas Turbine Power Island

The contract shall take the form of a public works contract within the meaning of Article 2, 18 o of the (Belgian) Public Procurement Law of 17 June 2016 (Classification CPV: Thermal power plant construction work 45251140). The object of the Contract is the construction (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, hereafter ‘EPC’) including commissioning and start-up of open cycle gas turbine power island. The power island will be located at Ghent, Ringvaart Belgium. Offers to be seen in the context of the Belgian Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM) so including lots of cycles and limited operational hours. The scope contains one or several (maximum 6) gas turbine packages including gas turbine, generator, package, auxiliaries, dedicated cooling, package MCC’s and stack (hereafter power island).
