Software Enhancements Relating to COOPANS Development under Amended and Restated COOPANS Framework Agreement

Acting as the legal entity for the COOPANS Alliance, an international partnership established to gain efficiency and share development costs between the air navigation service providers of Austria (Austro Control), Croatia (Croatia Control), Denmark (Naviair), Ireland (Irish Aviation Authority), Portugal (NAV Portugal) and Sweden (Luftfartsverket), this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice is published by Luftfartsverket on behalf of the aforementioned contracting authorities/entities and members of the COOPANS Alliance. For the purpose of enhancing the COOPANS ATM system, the procurement involves the respective contracts placed by all COOPANS members under the established COOPANS framework agreement, as amended and restated (ARCFA), with the chosen supplier Thales LAS France SAS for software relating to the COOPANS FAST (Final Approach Separation Tool) development. The contracts also contain software enhancements relating to a COOPANS SWIM interface, the RCMS and the MTCD.
